How much does it cost?
Everything we offer here is individualized coaching. So when you get a membership here, you get a personalized program that matches your goals and your lifestyle. Our prices vary big time because of that.

The first step is to schedule your free strategy session and assessment with us. This is when we will sit down with you, find out where you are, where you want to go, and build out the program that will best fit you and your goals.
What times are you open?
Monday-Thursday: 6AM-7:30PM
Friday: 6AM-5PM
Saturday: 8AM-10AM
Sunday: CLOSED
Where are you located?
1729 E Ohio Pike, Amelia, OH 45102
How long are sessions?
60 minutes. This includes a mobility warmup, power & balance, strength training, fist bumps and a cool down! 
What services do you offer?
Large Group Training & Semi Private Training. We will help you determine which one is the best fit for you!

*We also offer Private 1-1 Training & Youth Athletic Training upon request*
